This is one of the most commonly asked questions, however, there is no one answer. How long or how many lessons depends on the clients' goals, abilities, body awareness and flexibility.

Which age groups do you coach?

All ages, from two to 66, including toddlers, young kids, adults and performance athletes.

Where do you offer your lessons?

Your private pool or in public pools in North Vancouver, Vancouver and Burnaby. We have access to a pool in Downtown Vancouver on Cambie and Expo. You might qualify to join a semi-private or group lesson in a private pool with other clients.

Question 4

What if I need to cancel or reschedule a lesson?

Clients must cancel or reschedule a lesson 24 hours in advance, otherwise they will be charged the full lesson rate.

How much is a lesson?
